Administration

This page applies to administrators only. If you are not one, you will not see the Admin section in the navigation.

MycleTravels is invite-only, so someone has to let people in.

Access requests

Admin → User management opens with Access requests: everyone who has signed in and asked for access, with the note they wrote. The Admin navigation item shows a badge with the number waiting.

For each request, choose the role — User or Admin — and select Approve, or select Reject. Rejecting leaves the account in place; the person is told they do not have access and can request it again.

Users

The Users card lists every account with its current state, and lets you approve, revoke, or remove one.

• Approve grants an account that has no access yet.
• Revoke leaves the account and its content in place but takes away access to the app. You cannot revoke your own access.
• Remove deletes the account along with the content it owns.

Invitations

Selecting Add user invites an email address or pre-approves an existing account, with a User or Admin role. An invited person is approved automatically the first time they sign in with that email — they never see the pending page.

The Invitations card lists the invites that have not been accepted yet, with a Cancel control for each.

Roles

Admin	The same, plus user management, and no photo upload limit.
