My photos uploaded but nothing appeared on the map​

The photos have no GPS data — plenty of cameras and messaging apps strip it. Open the Library, filter by Location → Without location, select the photos, and use Edit selected photo location to place them. See Fixing a photo's location.

One place shows up as several markers​

Photos taken across a wide area produce separate locations. Use Combine locations to merge them into one. See Combining duplicate locations.

Open the trip's Share dialog. It lists exactly what is still private — your profile, the trip, its locations, or its photos. Make shareable fixes all of it at once. See Sharing.

My trip has no Play button​

A trip needs enough locations to animate. Add more stops, and check that the trip's Show route on map is turned on.

The map area says "Mapbox token required"​

The site is missing its map credentials. This is a server configuration problem — contact the administrator.

My upload was rejected​

Either the file is larger than the per-photo limit, or you have reached your photo quota. Profile → Overview shows how many photos you have used and how many are left.

I signed in but I am stuck on the pending page​

Your account has not been approved yet. Submit an access request with a note if you have not already, and wait for an administrator.

I cannot claim a username​

Usernames are unique across MycleTravels and someone else has that one. Try another.
